At Lilac St., we want you to love your lashes; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure that all lash sets and adhesives are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a padded mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
